Returning items purchased online

We endeavour to package your purchases with the utmost care, but if you do receive a product which is faulty or damaged please contact info@threeroundboats.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.  Please let us know why you are returning the product and if you would like an exchange or a refund. Full price items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 28 days of receiving them. Sale items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving them.

A refund or exchange will be made within thirty days of receiving the product
